Almond Chia Pudding

Instructions :Mix together the chia seeds and almond milk in a cereal bowl, dessert cup, or even a mason jar, and stir well. Cover, refrigerate and let sit for about 15 minutes, then stir (this helps to reduce clumping. Cover and refrigerate again for 1.5 to 2 hours or overnight. When you're ready to eat, mix well and top with fresh fruit or your favourite toppings! Enjoy!
1/4 cup whole chia seeds (white or dark, depending on your preference)
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup of fresh fruit (optional)
